This occurs when there are no more licenses available for use. It normally occurs when users have closed the browser application without logging out of the application. Once the user has closed the browser application without logging out of the application, TrainingForce Manager™ recognizes this license as still in use. After 30 minutes of inactivity, TrainingForce Manager™ recognizes the license as not being used and will reclaim the license for further use.
To help prevent this from occuring, users must log out correctly.
The correct way to log out of TrainingForce Manager™ is to use the Logout hyperlink found to the right of the banner menu.
